.i don't get it.

I've been on a quest to figure out what the heck happens to my photos when I upload them to the internet and post them here. Because they do NOT look the same as they do when they leave Photoshop.

So I've been researching and I thought I found the solution. I've been editing the photos in the Adobe RGB color mode, which doesn't translate well to the web. Apparently I should be using the sRGB color mode.

So I tried it--and while the photos were on Flickr, the sRGB ones did look better. But now, posted here, I can't see much difference. If anything, it is the opposite of what I think it should be. So I need your help. Tell me which one looks better:

Number one or number two? Or do they look exactly the same? I know sometimes things look different on different monitors, so I would very much appreciate some people's input on how to fix this problem.

Thank you. And have a nice day.

i had this same problem. i found when i saved them in photoshop as sRGB and then uploaded them to flickr they remained more true to the color. when i didn't export them from flickr (just through blogger) and EVEN THOUGH they were saved a sRGB they looked different. so i've decided it's blogger... so now i upload through flickr. :)

They are very close to the same however number one looks better. Number two seems to have a very slight gray tone to it that makes it a little less clear.
BTW aren't those blue eyes fantastic!
Great Pic
